A custom WordPress life-insurance platform with products, plans, education, passwordless access, and member accounts.
About the project
StarLife is an information and education platform focused on life insurance, long-term savings, and personal finance. It is built on WordPress with a fully custom theme. The home page combines video, fund information, partner insurance products, educational programs, plans, benefits, FAQ, and contact content.
Custom Product and Plan post types, metaboxes, repeaters, and curated content selectors make the complex page manageable from the WordPress admin. Editors can update headings, documents, video, partners, lessons, and featured materials without touching templates. Insurance company documents and educational PDFs are organized into clear thematic sections.
A separate members-only learning area provides passwordless registration and login through one-time email codes, nonce protection, attempt limiting, and SMTP delivery. Members can manage their profile and avatar, while administrators control access to video lessons and documents. The frontend is optimized with WebP images, font preloading, deferred scripts, and removal of unnecessary default WordPress assets.
