About the project

Development of a 5-page business card website based on WordPress with a focus on maximum performance and minimal load. The project is fully implemented on a custom theme without the use of heavy builders and unnecessary plugins.

Responsive layout and CMS integration have been completed with a well-thought-out page structure and clean semantics. The architecture is built on custom classes and helpers, ensuring scalability, code reuse, and ease of maintenance.

The content part is implemented through a custom "light" solution based on the ACF approach (without overloading standard functionality), allowing for flexible management of page blocks while maintaining high speed for the admin panel and frontend.

Custom Walker classes have been implemented for navigation and flexible menu management. The use of plugins has been minimized — only basic functionality for working with posts and shortcodes remains, all other functionality is implemented custom.

Particular attention has been paid to performance:
— minimal number of HTTP requests
— optimized template structure
— reduced load on the database
— fast page loading even with increasing content

Structured data Schema.org has been implemented, basic SEO parameters have been optimized, and the site has been prepared for indexing.

As a result, a lightweight, fast, and fully customizable business card website has been created, combining editing flexibility with high technical efficiency.
